Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Pediatrician to join our existing Pediatric Hospitalist program at Skagit Valley Hospital. Highlights:

• Join an existing team of 6 physicians providing 24/7 coverage to our level 2 special care nursery. Provide coverage for deliveries as needed, including C-Sections.
• This is a 0.6 FTE, fully benefited position. As a 0.6 FTE, you can expect to work 11-12 shifts per quarter.
• Collaborate closely with our employed midwife group, FM/OB providers, and other community delivering providers.
• We are a teaching facility that provides an opportunity to work with SRH Family Medicine Residents and outside Medical Students, contributing to their educational journey while enhancing your leadership skills.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited program.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time to employment.
• Current AHA NRP and PALS certification.
• The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.
• Our ideal candidate will be focused on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

• Compensation: $2,937 per 24 hour shift
